Day 1 (L,D) : T/I – Borobudur Temple – Hotel C/I

Pick Up Service at Yogyakarta International Airport. Meet and greet with our guide staff. We take you first to the hotel for check-in and some rest. Our guide will wait at the lobby hotel to take you for lunch at a local restaurant with Indonesia menus. After having lunch, your trip will be started by visiting Borobudur Temple. This is a Buddhist temple and the biggest temple in the world and also one of the seven world’s miracles. It is located in the north of Yogyakarta and about 65 km away from the downtown. The local guide is provided there who can explain to you every detail about this temple. Please take your time in this place. Before taking you back to the hotel, we will stop over at a local restaurant for having dinner. Please prepare yourself at 09:00 AM (after breakfast) for starting the trip on the second day.

Day 2 (B,L,D) : Sultan Palace – Water Castle – Batik and Silver Showroom – Malioboro SightSeeing

Breakfast at the hotel. Our guide will have been already on standby waiting for your coming to the hotel lobby since 09.30 AM. On the second day trip, we will take you first to visit the Sultan Palace of Yogyakarta where this place was for the king and all his family. Sultan Palace is the most historical palace as well as the symbol of Yogyakarta City.

Then, the trip will be continued to Water Castle. This place was a swimming pool for the king and all of his families for having fun and spent their weekends together. It is located in the sultan palace complex. Lunch will be provided at the local restaurant near Sultan Palace. From this place, the trip will have proceeded to the centre of the handicraft industry in Yogyakarta. There are two famous handicraft industries here, the first is Batik (Hand-woven) industry and the second is Silver Crafts Industry. We take you first to visit the manufacture of Batik Industry at Tirtodipuran Area. it is about 3 km from downtown. Here you can see the real process of batik production and visit the showroom. Then…., we take you to the Kota Gede Area where the Centre of Silver Craft Industry is here. You also can see about the production process of silver become many kinds of jewellery and silver handicrafts as well as we visit the showroom. The trip will proceed to Malioboro Street the main street in Yogyakarta (0 Km). Here, you can do your evening sightseeing in Yogyakarta city by taking a walk, taking a horse ride or by tricycles (personal account). Please take your time in this place. Before taking you back to the hotel, we will stop over at a local restaurant for having dinner. A trip today will end by dropping you at the hotel for taking a rest.

Day 3 (B,L,D) : Ketep Pass (Merapi View) – Parangtritis Beach – Kasongan Terracotta Industry Centre

The tour on the third day will be started at 09:00 AM after having breakfast at the hotel. Today, we are going to visit two nature tourist destinations. The first place, we visit is Merapi Mountain. It is located about 40 km north of downtown. The mountain is one of the most active volcanoes in the world where here you can see the beautiful scenery of the mountain as well as the fresh air. We will have lunch at a local restaurant in that area.

After having lunch, we proceed with the tour to the south of Yogyakarta by visiting Parangtritis Beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with white sand and big waves on the sea. This beach is known for a legend of the Queen of Beach South who is acting as the guard of its beach. On the way back to Yogyakarta, we will stop over at Kasongan Area. This is the centre of the ceramic and terracotta home industry. You can see so many collections of those handicrafts and buy them at a reasonable price with the export quality. Dinner will be provided on the way back to the hotel.

Day 4 (B,L) : Hotel C/O – Prambanan Temple – T/O

After having breakfast and checking out from the hotel at around 09.:00 AM, our guide will be ready to take your trip on your last day in Yogyakarta. We will complete your journey by visiting another famous temple in Indonesia. It is Prambanan Temple, a Hindus Temple. It is also called a thousand statues temple due to there being so many Hindu statues lying down in the temple complex. It is located about 10 km away to the east of downtown and near the border of the Yogyakarta Province and Central Java Province. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant still in the Prambanan Temple complex. Then....We will take you to the hotel or to the airport for flying to your next destination.
