PANDUAN TURIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RESERVATION

All reservations shall be immediately followed up upon receiving your reservation form which has been completely filled in with the detailed requested services, period of arrival, departure, etc. We shall promptly send you a confirmation email after receiving confirmation from our subcontractors such as hotels, restaurants, carriers, etc. within 24 hours at the most.

2. CANCELLATION

In the event that you need to make any necessary modification, postponement, or cancellation of your reservation for certain reasons, you are fully responsible to notify us by sending new detail by any means immediately. If you fail to do so, we can not hold responsibility for any charges, automatic cancellations, or discrepancies that might occur as a result of your own failure.

3. PAYMENT METHOD

panduanturis.blogspot.com will charge any down payment to the users when every booking confirms by us by sending you Tour or Hotel Voucher and Invoice unless specifically regulated by the hotels, restaurants, carriers, or any other subcontractors or third parties. Due to the local bank's policy and facility for e-payment, we are sorry to inform you that temporarily we can not take any e-payment from users. Therefore, the payment shall be made through our PAYPAL ACCOUNT transfer or otherwise upon arrival at the first entry point in Lombok to our Representative who will meet you with a prior appointment. After settling the invoice, our Rep will issue an official receipt for your file.

4. TRAVELER'S DOCUMENTS

A visitor to Indonesia is required to have a relevant visa, or otherwise must be a citizen of the visa-free countries (see immigration page) to enter the country and must hold a passport of at least 6 months validity beyond the designated date of departure. In addition, visitors to Indonesia should confirm to have either return or through tickets for return or onward journey.

5. LIABILITY

panduanturis.blogspot.com shall hold no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages and viruses that might infect your computer during the email or data transmission between the users and panduanturis.blogspot.com. Our devices are equipped with anti-virus software which is updated periodically.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

panduanturis.blogspot.com and users shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from and against any claims, or legal action, including without limitation to reasonable legal and accounting fees as a result of your use of the material on our website, including software, or your violation of the terms and condition stipulated herein or inaccuracy of the information or the availability or quality of products provided by sub-contractors or the third parties.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of Force Majeure including and not limited to war, unrest, strike, terrorism attack, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failure, material shortage or rationing, air carriers schedule amendments, or any other unavoidable events beyond panduanturis.blogspot.com’s control, panduanturis.blogspot.com shall hold no responsibility or shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury or death that might cause.

8. LAW of AGREEMENT

In the event that legal action shall be taken as the last effort to resolve a dispute between the parties related to the terms and conditions stipulated herein, the parties shall refer to the Law of The Republic of Indonesia.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS and CONDITIONS

Panduanturis.blogspot.com acts as an agent of subcontractors or third parties or service providers such as hotels, restaurants, and carriers. The subcontractors or third parties or service providers may have their own terms and conditions other than those stipulated herein. As a result, you agree to be bound to such terms and conditions, and shall be applicable whenever necessary.
